We offer you the complete Quran, the sacred book of Islam, translated into English by Muhammad Habib Shakir, an Egipcian judge graduate from Al Azhar University.

M.H.Shakir was born in Cairo in 1866. He translated the Holy Quran into English and his version became probably the most widely accessible English translation of the Quran.

The Qur'an is the revealed Word of God to his prophet Muhammad.

Muhammad had revelations and memorized them. He organized the verses into surahs. under the guidance of Gabriel.

After the death of Muhammad, the text was written down and compiled by his companions.

Now you have the possibility to download and have on your phone an English translation of the Qu'ran. These translation is written in contemporary language but faithful to the meaning and spirit of original text.

ولد M.H.Shakir في القاهرة في عام 1866. وترجم القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية وأصبح روايته على الارجح الاكثر الوصول إليها على نطاق واسع الترجمة الإنجليزية للقرآن.

القرآن هو كلام الله الموحى إلى نبيه محمد.

كان محمد الوحي ويحفظون لهم. قام بتنظيم الآيات في السور. تحت إشراف جبرائيل.

بعد وفاة محمد، وكتب النص إلى أسفل وجمع من أصحابه.
